This Privacy Notice explains how Peyayra Dossa, doing business as Social Drafters("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website and services (the "Service").

For the personal data we collect about you in connection with the Service, we act as the data controller.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account data — name, email address, password (hashed), workspace/client info.
  • Content you create — posts, captions, brand assets, uploaded images and videos, planners.
  • Usage & telemetry — pages visited, features used, AI generation requests, timestamps.
  • Device & technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system.
  • Support communications — messages you send to us via email or in-app.
  • Payment data — handled directly by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We receive transaction confirmations and customer IDs, but never your full card number.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide the Service — create your account, store your content, run AI generations (contract).
  • Customer support — respond to questions and resolve issues (contract / legitimate interests).
  • Improve the Service — analyze usage patterns to fix bugs and improve features (legitimate interests).
  • Security & fraud prevention — detect abuse and protect accounts (legitimate interests / legal obligation).
  • Billing & compliance — process subscriptions, taxes, and invoices via Paddle (contract / legal obligation).
  • Communications — account notifications, password resets, service updates (contract).

3. Who We Share Data With

  • Paddle — our Merchant of Record for payments, subscriptions, tax compliance, and invoicing.
  • Service providers (subprocessors) — hosting, database, file storage, AI model providers, and email delivery used to operate the Service.
  • Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and similar advisers where reasonably needed.
  • Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

5. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure — to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where data is transferred from the EU/UK to another country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data ("right to erasure")
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies necessary to operate the Service (such as keeping you signed in). We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If this changes in the future, we will update this notice and provide a cookie preferences tool.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us.

10. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
