30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be happy with Social Drafters. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

How to Request a Refund

All refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for our sales. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
• Contact us at support@socialdrafters.com with your order details and we will assist you.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account, or through Paddle. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for subscription renewals beyond the 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Credits & Add-ons

Unused credits and add-ons purchased within the 30-day window are eligible for a refund. Credits already consumed by AI generations or other paid actions are non-refundable.
